Delete Your Account
You can delete your Trackr account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it directly in the app, how to request deletion by email, and exactly what gets removed.
Delete in the app (fastest)
Open the Trackr app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the account settings at the bottom.
Tap Delete account.
Prefer a copy first? Tap Export my data to download everything we hold as a JSON file.
Type the confirmation phrase, then tap Permanently delete.
Your account and associated personal data are permanently removed, subject to the legal-retention exceptions below.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we will verify and process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data associated with it, including:
- Your profile (name, email, date of birth, gender, height, weight)
- Dietary preferences, allergies, goals, and family member profiles you created
- Food logs, meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, and pantry data
- Workout, movement, sleep, and activity records
- Health and fitness data synced from Apple Health / Google Health Connect
- Chat history and AI memory associated with Ember
- Any health context, images, or lab reports you provided
What we may retain
We delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of your request. We may retain a limited amount of data only where the law requires it (for example, billing and tax records) or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Such data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on retention and your rights.
Note on subscriptions. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription billed by Apple or Google. To stop future charges, also cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
