Trackr AI · Calorie & Workout
Count calories. Plan workouts. One plan that fits your week.
One app that counts your calories and plans your workouts. Say or snap what you ate. Five coaches who remember you build your meals and workouts for the week.
Free to download. New subscribers get the first month of Premium free on either monthly plan.
One plan, not three apps
Your health data is scattered, and there's too much of it to connect on your own.
Your food log, your workouts, your watch and your blood tests each tell part of the story, and most apps leave the thinking to you. Trackr brings them into one place, and five trained coaches read across all of it, so your calories, workouts and sleep agree. Whether you want to lose fat, build muscle or both, the numbers are set to your goal and the plan follows.
Calorie counter
Log by voice or photo. Each food on the plate is counted: calories, protein, carbs and fat. Barcodes, restaurant meals and leftovers too.
Workout coach
A training week that fits the week you are actually having. Strength, cardio, yoga, or your first push-up, shown move by move.
Meal plan and sleep
A weekly meal plan built around your goal and your kitchen, with a grocery list. Your nights decide how hard tomorrow is.
Five coaches. They talk to each other.
Five separate coaches. One plan.
Each Trackr coach is its own agent, trained for one part of your day, with its own memory of you and its own tools. The five coaches share what all of them need to know and talk a change through together before your plan moves, so you stop being the messenger between them. Give a coach's note a thumbs up or down and Trackr learns what works for you.

One ordinary Tuesday
When one thing changes, the whole plan hears about it.
- You slept 5 h 20 m.
Sage reads the night from your watch and tells Bruce and Ember before you are up.
Sage - Today's session is the shorter one.
Same lifts, lighter load. The habit stays, the heavy day moves to Thursday.
Bruce - Breakfast, said out loud.
One sentence, logged as separate foods, each with its calories.
Ember - Photo of lunch.
The plate splits into its foods, each with its own calories. Chicken and rice, counted.
Ember - Two minutes, eyes closed.
A reset before the afternoon, because the morning was short.
Vita - "Salmon, roasted potatoes, green beans."
Logged as three foods, 449 kcal. Ends the day at 2,060 of 2,100.
Ember - Wind-down thirty minutes earlier.
One suggestion, not a lecture. Tomorrow is a rest day.
Sage
Ask why, get a straight answer.
Every change in your plan comes with its reason. Ask a coach why lunch got lighter or why leg day moved and they tell you, in one sentence, from what you logged.
Set the whole thing up in one spoken call, like a phone call. Ember hosts, and brings in the coach your answers need: Bruce for training, Sage for sleep, Hale for your health history. No forms.
Your labs and vitals
Upload a blood test. Hale reads every marker, in plain words.
Your vitals from your watch or your report sit beside it. Anything out of range becomes a change to your meals or training, ready for you to accept. When something needs a professional, the coaches tell you.
Built for the long run
Habits first. The body follows.
Small changes you repeat beat a big push you abandon.
A plan only works if you can live it. So your plan runs in phases, not a straight line to a date, and a coach leads each one.

Missed a week? The plan picks up where you are. Nobody doubles your workload; it restarts at a pace you can keep and rebuilds the habit from there.
On GLP-1s and other medicines
We support people who take them. We don't sell them.
Prescribe, sell or promote medicines. Starting, stopping or changing a dose is between you and your doctor.
Plan around the medicine you take: protein and strength work to protect muscle, meals for a smaller appetite, and habits that last when the medicine stops.
In a large trial of semaglutide, about 40% of the weight people lost was lean tissue, not fat, and a year after stopping they had regained about two-thirds of it.
